In a bowl break buiscuit and crush them with your hands.
Along side melt dark chocolate by the double boiler method.
In a bowl with buiscuit and butter ,castor sugar and knead in to a mixture .
With the help of a scooper scoop out roundels in a plate by first dipping in to water .then filling the mixture from the bowl and then finally remove with hands.
Refrigerate from 2-5 hours .now spread the melted dark chocolate on the roundel
Leaving some gap in between giving the shape of an eye .
Refrigerate for 20 min.
Garnish with desiccated coconut and gemes.
